Hi!

This journal is a friends only journal about my escapades in Japan. If you would like to be added, comment here or friend me, and I will likely friend you back. Topics will include Japan, Japanese language, and just what I do on a day-to-day basis.

Anyone out there need M3 DS Real (+Rumble Pack, USB micro SD reader, 2GB micro SD card + converter) new?

This is the DS-slot device that allows you to download roms from the internet and play any DS games on your DS. These are the latest version.

I ordered a bunch and ended up with 3 extras. I'm willing to part with them for $33 shipped ($35 if you are paying by PayPal 'cause of fees), including the 2GB micro SD cards (it's about $38~42 on normal websites before shipping).

Just let me know if you are interested, I'd rather sell them to some people here than have to list them on eBay or something :D

-Year began in Utah although I was living in Japan (came for my sisters' December wedding)
-Went back to Japan in early January
-Moved out of my apartment and in with Chiaki's family upon returning to Japan
-Second semester at Kansai Gaidai began early February
-Tyson came to Japan in February. We had a lot of fun and went out a lot, but I had school so the timing was kinda sucky for us
-James and his Mom came to Japan for a couple days in February or so. We went out to dinner every night and explored Namba a lot
-Went to Guam with Chiaki in March for her graduation trip
-Completed my year at Kansai Gaidai and got my certificate in early May
-Went to Tokyo in late May or June with Chiaki and stayed with Will and Yuki, met up with Yoshi! I think MGS4 must have come out around here
-Read at least 10 Japanese books between May and August, most by Haruki Murakami
-Mom, Brother, Aaron, and Sam came to Japan in July. We went to Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, and Nara, as well as a lot of stuff in Osaka. Street Fighter 4 hit arcades in Osaka at this time
-Came back to Utah in August, had to separate from Chiaki. It has been 5 months since I have seen her
-As soon as I got back, we went on a family wakeboarding trip to Bear Lake (my parents bought our own ski boat in 2007)
-Resumed working at the car wash/detailer from August until October
-School started at the University of Utah in late August. It was my first semester of my senior year. I found it really easy after living in Japan; I got a 3.7 with minimal effort
-In October I started working at Yamato (same as Kuroneko Yamato in Japan). The job is going great and they offered me a Operations Coordinator position starting after I graduate in May
-Basketball season started again and I've been watching the Jazz struggle due to injuries and turnovers
-On December 29th, I'll get to Japan! I'll be there for two weeks and supposing all goes well I will be an engaged man!

Leaving in an hour for the airport, hope everyone had a great year, great holiday, and that the new year is looking even better!
